1. Agreement Overview
This agreement is between Haq Car Rental, referred to as "the Company", and the person renting the vehicle, referred to as "the Renter".
2. Rental Eligibility
Minimum age: 21 years
Must present:
Valid UAE Driving License or International Driving Permit
Passport copy + UAE Visa or Emirates ID
Additional drivers must be authorized in advance.
3. Rental Duration & Return
Minimum rental: 24 hours
Late return (after 1-hour grace) is charged hourly
Early return: No refund of unused days
4. Payments
Rental charges must be paid upfront
Security deposit required (AED 1000–5000, car-dependent)
Deposit is refunded within 15 business days
5. Vehicle Condition & Fuel
Vehicle delivered in clean and working condition
Must be returned in same state
Fuel must match pickup level. Refueling charge applies if not.
6. Insurance
All vehicles include basic insurance
Full coverage available at additional cost
Police report is mandatory for all accidents
7. Fines & Toll (Salik)
Renter is liable for:
Traffic fines
Salik (AED 5 per gate)
Any parking violations
Charges deducted from deposit
8. Usage Restrictions
Prohibited:
Off-roading, racing, towing, drifting
Smoking in the vehicle (AED 500 penalty)
Exiting UAE without written approval
No unauthorized drivers
9. Roadside Support
24/7 support for breakdowns within city limits
Replacement car based on availability
10. Termination
The company may terminate rental in case of:
Breach of agreement
Misuse of vehicle
Delayed payments
11. Disputes
Governed by the laws of Dubai & UAE
Jurisdiction: Dubai courts
